As EU project manager and project consultant, Alexander is specialised in ICT-/Technology- and Gaming Projects and is currently working on the Pilot Project @Diversity - looking at ICT-supported diversity in the Creative Industry, the ENTER training for investors in the creative economy in the UK and Europe and the Barcelona Activa initiative, consulting technology startups.

Alex has a Diploma and a Bachelor in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and the HWR Business School Berlin. He specialized in controlling and corporate financing, while writing a thesis about Risk Hedging in Project Financing – an analysis on how evolutionary project management and software-based controlling can minimize the financial risk.

After successfully finishing university, he founded his first company called Life Action Games in the area of location-based augmented reality games for mobile devices. He was mainly responsible here for the financial management and secured a total funding €1m from a local development bank and private investors. Furthermore, he gained a high expertise in web development and web design by taking a course and developing the company website and a first web prototype of a location-based game.

After a dispute on the growth strategy of the Life Action Games, he left the company and founded the media agency Urbanhood that offered conception and development of communication and navigation solution for the public space. He developed for example a virtual Campus Tour Guide on smartphones for the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Since Fall 2012 he is working as a consultant and EU project manager for peacefulfish and is mainly responsible for the EU pilot project @diversity, ICT consulting and the company IT and web development.
